What is Compliance?

Compliance refers to the fulfillment of obligations, both of an imperative nature as a consequence of compliance with a legal regulation, as well as those that Econovo has decided to assume voluntarily and at the top of which is Econovo's Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Who is in charge of Compliance?

The existence of a true Compliance culture requires the commitment and effort towards prevention and compliance of all the people that make up Econovo: Governing Body, Senior Management, managers, responsible and employees, that is, whatever their position, rank and/or hierarchy, and the modality of their contractual relationship with the company, as well as all those who act on behalf and/or in representation of the company, both at its headquarters, offices, representations, and other logistics positions. As well as third parties, customers, bidders, suppliers and contractors.

With the aim of helping to maintain this culture and to improve it permanently, the Governing Body has appointed a Compliance Officer and a Compliance Committee to be responsible for the coordination and supervision of the Compliance Program and Integrity Guidelines, ensuring that Econovo's obligations are respected.

How can I report a non-compliance?

Econovo makes available to all members of the firm and to both internal and external parties, customers, suppliers, bidders and/or contractors, a Whistleblower Channel that will be a direct, reliable and secure line of ethics and transparency for direct contact to make reports, respective complaints and/or suggestions.

Communication with the Ethics Channel is confidential. Those who communicate with this ethics and transparency line may report anonymously, request confidential treatment of their report, the protection of their identity, or the use of an assumed name in order to guarantee the confidentiality of their identity.

What are the internal compliance regulations?

At the epicenter of Econovo's Compliance culture is the Code of Ethics and Conduct, which contains the guidelines of behavior expected from all members of Econovo. In this sense, all employees, managers, third parties, such as clients, bidders, suppliers and contractors, are expected to comply with the aforementioned Code, as well as with the rest of the development regulations.

Econovo has implemented a criminal and anti-bribery Compliance Management System in order to structure an environment of prevention, detection and early management of criminal and anti-bribery Compliance Risks, as well as to reduce their undesired effects in case they materialize, contributing to generate an ethical culture and respect for the Law among all Econovo's members in what is applicable to them.
